When the backwashing suction cup Kou is aligned with the inlet of the filter element, the blowdown valve is opened. At this time, the system releases pressure and drains water. A negative pressure area with a relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears on the inner side of the suction cup and the filter element, forcing part of the clean circulating water to flow into the inner side of the filter element from the outer side of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element flow into the disk with the water and are discharged from the blowdown valve. The specially designed filter screen makes the inside of the filter element produce spray effect, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall.
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time is over, the material flow will not be cut off and the water consumption of the backwash will be less in the whole process, realizing continuous and automatic production. Due to the low production concentration of the industry, the low R & D capacity of the product matching, and the low manufacturing technology level of the stainless steel filter industry, the trade deficit between the import and export will continue to expand.
